On-Hand Delivery Policy

We offer on-hand delivery services for customers located within a 10-mile radius of our store.

Delivery hours are between 9 AM and 8 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Order Processing:

Orders placed before 1 PM will be eligible for same-day delivery.

Orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery Fees:

A flat rate of $5.00 will be charged for all on-hand deliveries.

Free on-hand delivery is available for orders over $50.00.

Delivery Confirmation:

Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email or text with the estimated delivery time.

Our delivery team will contact you 30 minutes before arriving to ensure you are available to receive your order.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address and time.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, our team will attempt to contact you to reschedule. A one-time waived fee for the first missed or rescheduled delivery. Any Additional delivery charges may apply for any other rescheduled or missed deliveries.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days, costs $5.00.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days, costs $15.00.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days, costs $25.00.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
Return Policy
- Return Window: You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refund Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
